Jim Webber is one of the Boston area's most in-demand event photographers. During the last twenty years, Jim has photographed over a thousand bar/bat mitzvahs, weddings, and corporate events.
Jim's shooting style is unobtrusive, informal, and technically clean. His event coverage is detailed and comprehensive, and he is exceptionally responsive to each of his clients' unique needs and requirements.
He is also a very busy school portrait photographer, having photographed several zillion pre-school through college age kids, each one smarter and more beautiful than the next.
Jim has especially enjoyed taking costume and concert photos at dance schools ever since his daughters were little girls in tutus back in the day. One of these daughters now has her own contemporary dance company in New York City. However, Jim won't dance, don't ask him, merci beaucoup.
Jim has an MFA in photography from Pratt Institute in New York. He attributes his success to his boyish charm, his highly organized wife, and double espresso.
